Jocelyn Heermance Research Assistant & Social Media Volunteer Jocelyn Heermance radiates positivity in the face of adversity each and every day. The 21-year-old Hudson Valley Community College student was born with cerebral palsy (CP), a disorder that affects muscle tone, movement, and motor skills. She's a big help to The Autism Initiative in sustaining our online audience, coming up with creative ideas for new programs, and assisting with fundraising ideas and events. Chloejean Tedford Event Coordinator and Consultant Chloejean Tedford is an emerging events management professional in the Capital District. Having had the incredible opportunity to work as an event operations consultant for the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting, Chloejean realized her career goals of one day spearheading an event operations team for a nonprofit organization. Chloe feels there could not be a more perfect fit to put her skill set and passions to good use, considering her younger sister has special needs. Chloe is excited and enthusiastic about this organization and is honored to be a part of its early successes!

Chloejean Tedford is an emerging events management professional in the Capital District. Nora Sabatini Building Project Volunteer Nora Sabatini is a native of Rotterdam, New York. She and her husband have raised their three grown children to understand the importance of sharing one's talents, especially through volunteer work! She has helped out on many projects, including Habitat for Humanity and set building and painting at Schenectady Light Opera. She delights in seeing jobs come together and enjoys taking part in her latest volunteer opportunity— helping out with construction at Puzzles Bakery and Café!

Nora Sabatini is a native of Rotterdam, New York. She and her husband have raised their three grown children to understand the importance of sharing one's talents, especially through volunteer work!
